The transition from high school to college can be a daunting one. Having experienced that transition myself, however many years ago, and then helping my younger siblings through the same experience, my role at Dartmouth was a perfect fit.
Through my many years of experience, I’ve worked with first-year students to acclimate to life at college, the change in course loads and even the social, academic and mental pressured they face. But I’ve also had plenty experience before college too, with the very stressful “what next” decisions. Whether it’s the decision to take a gap year, attend that prestigious ivy league or choosing your college picks wisely, I’ve handled it all.
My high school students have received acceptances to nationally-acclaimed schools all throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe, many with scholarships that take a major financial burden off of them (and you!) and my college students have transitioned smoothly into a new atmosphere with their sanity in tact.
